An experiment idea II

My experiment to note the fear inducing thoughts brought interesting and somewhat expected results.  Firstly, there were three only.  By writing them down the moment they occurred put them out of my mind.  I was free of the residual emotion.  I noticed also that once written down, I made an immediate decision as to whether action was required.  My little experiment reinforced what I know about my brain - 1.  The disproportionate impact that random thoughts can have on a person's well being whether as an overt feeling of fear or a residual background fear over a longer period of time.   2.  I can free my mind of this annoying program with a very simple action.
